We entrusted Smooth Events with two important conferences, two awards presentation events and a series of debate events over a period of less than twelve months - and they came up trumps every time.  In particular we decided to hold a Summer Conference in London at very short notice and relied on their expertise to make it all come together at top speed. Smooth responded to testing briefs – very tight schedules, a demanding audience sector, budget constraints – with a refreshingly positive and ‘can-do’ attitude.

I can say no more than the conference was delivered by Smooth Events without a hitch, in a manner, and with a style, that impressed everyone from the venue staff and on-site contractors down to single-day delegates and various international dignitaries who turned up on the day with little (if any) advanced notice. I have personally organized or been on the organizing committee of half-a-dozen international scientific conferences/conventions and I have never worked with a more talented and professional event management team or one who was more committed to ensuring the success of the event for their client.
